Overview
Philip Maiarana is a Senior Trial Attorney at The Barnes Firm, focusing his practice on civil litigation in the areas of negligence law, including automobile liability and premises liability. With years of experience representing accident victims, Philip has dedicated his career to helping individuals and families navigate the challenges that follow a serious injury.
In the area of automobile liability, Philip represents clients injured in car accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, and other motor vehicle collisions. These cases often involve complex issues such as disputed liability, insurance coverage disputes, and significant damages. Philip works diligently to ensure his clients receive the compensation they need to cover medical care, lost wages, and the long-term impact of their injuries.
Philip also has extensive experience in premises liability matters, including slip and fall accidents and other injuries caused by unsafe property conditions. These cases require careful investigation, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of the law — qualities Philip brings to every case he litigates.
As a Senior Trial Attorney, Philip is known for his thorough preparation, trial skills, and commitment to client advocacy. He approaches each case with compassion and determination, ensuring that his clients have a strong voice in the legal system. His goal is always the same: to protect his clients’ rights and achieve the best possible outcome, whether through settlement or at trial.
