Rea Marcelo Roxas is a New York-admitted attorney at Andrews, Bernstein & Maranto with more than a decade of legal experience across the United States and the Asia-Pacific region. As a Buffalo personal injury lawyer, Rea draws on a diverse background in litigation, advocacy, and case strategy to represent individuals and families facing serious injuries and challenging legal matters.

Her Filipino-American background and international legal experience give Rea a distinctive perspective on client advocacy. Before joining the firm, Rea served as Commercial and Privacy Counsel for the Asia-Pacific region, advising multinational organizations on disputes, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Earlier in her career, she represented government agencies in civil and administrative proceedings, developing significant advocacy experience in hearings, motion practice, and appellate matters.

Rea also served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Court of Common Pleas in Erie, Pennsylvania, where she further developed her experience in legal research, writing, case analysis, and litigation strategy.

She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Santo Tomas, her Master of Business Administration from San Beda University, and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of the Philippines Diliman, all with honors.
