James M Vallone Esq. - Cheektowaga, NY

Jim graduated from the University at Buffalo Law School in 1982, and has been practicing law since 1983. He is a lifelong resident of Western New York, having grown up in Buffalo’s Central Park neighborhood and later West Seneca. He is very proud that two of his children have followed him into the legal profession, as his son, Eric, is his law partner at the Vallone Law Firm, and his daughter, Gina, is currently a student at U. B. Law School.

Jim has been very active in politics for a long time, having formerly served as a Cheektowaga Democratic Committeeperson, Cheektowaga Town Prosecutor, Village of Depew Attorney, and Cheektowaga Town Judge. He is currently the Village Attorney in Sloan. Jim also served as a Confidential Law Clerk in Erie County Family Court to Judge James Dillon. Today, he represents clients in a variety of matters, from criminal and DWI cases to matrimonial and family court matters. “I still find the court appearances are the most challenging and interesting thing about the practice of my profession, and I am especially proud that my children are following my love for this career” Jim said.

Jim also has another daughter that is working in the medical field. He enjoys spending time with his children, attending political events, and other community activities.
