Peter Clark was born in Brooklyn, New York on January 29th, 1945. He is a veteran of the United States Army and served in Vietnam. He graduated from San Francisco State College in 1970 and graduated from the University of Buffalo Law School in 1973. Mr. Clark was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1974 and began his law career in Fredonia, New York where he has remained to this day. Peter Clark is a member of the Dunkirk-Fredonia Lions and a past President on three different occasions. He has served on the Darwin R. Barker Library Board of Directors and has been the President for the last 20 years. He is current President of the Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association where he was a past delegate, American Bar Association and Northern Chautauqua Bar Association.
