She also represented numerous lenders such as The Finova Group and Citicorp in the financing of loans involving national multi-property real estate assets.
Ms. Shalev holds a B.A. in English from Barnard College (1996), where she earned both the Bronze King's Crown and Student Government Leadership awards, and graduated cum laude. She graduated from Brooklyn School of Law (2000), where she served on the Brooklyn Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
