Mitchell A. Nathanson is now a partner at The Nathanson Law Firm LLP, with an office in Garden City, NY . He graduated from Benjamin N. Although based on Long Island in Nassau County, Mitchell Nathanson will travel throughout the State as may be necessary to obtain a judgment or assist in a levy against assets, wherever they may be found. Now, on behalf of Wilson Elser, he continues to represent clients in the banking industry, medical industry and private schools, as well as commercial clients in various sectors. He has collected millions of dollars on behalf of his clients and is open to numerous billing options including contingency fees and flat rate fees, in addition to the traditional hourly fee.
