Overview
David Gray is a criminal defense attorney. He received his B.A. from Reed College and attended CUNY School of Law, where he was a member of the Criminal Defense Clinic and Moot Court. While in law school, he worked in the Legal Aid Society’s Manhattan Criminal Defense Practice trial office and in the Special Litigation and Law Reform Unit of the Juvenile Rights Practice. He clerked for the Honorable Robert S. Jones of the New Jersey Superior Court, Criminal Division. He joined the Brill Legal Group in 2019.
David understands that people charged with crimes face both a social stigma and the practical challenges of being accused of wrongdoing. He is driven to obtaining the most favorable possible outcome for his clients, across every stage of their litigation.
David spends his free time playing baseball and basketball with his son.
