Overview
As a founding member of Fadullon Dizon Krul LLP, Alexander Krul represents owners, borrowers, investors, and property managers in a wide variety of complex real estate disputes, such as title and mortgage foreclosure actions. Mr. Krul has successfully represented clients in both lower and higher courts on appeal thanks to his expertise in litigation and trial advocacy. Mr. Krul helped save the homes and equity of many New Yorkers facing foreclosure as a borrower's advocate at a leading New York foreclosure defense company before co-founding Fadullon Dizon Krul LLP.
Mr. Krul completed his undergraduate degree at Columbia College and obtained his Juris Doctor from the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. He received authorization to practice law in New York and California and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
