Overview
A litigator with over 30 years of experience, Danielle Morandi has spent the entirety of her career defending phyaicians, other medical proferssionals, nursing homes and hospitals in medical malpractice cases. She also defends property and business owners in personal injury and general liability matters. She is recognized in the industry for her integretity, diligence, loyalty and commitmment to her clients, with many of her successes obtained by way of dismissals of her cases, on the merits, and prior to trial.
Danielle was admitted practice in New York State in 1995. She is also admitted to practice in New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of of New York and the Southern District of New York. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Nassau Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association, and in 2018, served as one of the organization's only three female Presidents in its 60 year history. She received her Juris Doctor degree from St. John's University School of Law, and was awarded a Bacherlor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Villanova University.
