Hired Attorney 2006-2014Yes ! In a Liberally Biased Court System. He got me Joint Custody. Where Queens Supreme Court Matrimonial Judge ignored numerous written statement from the 104th Precinct Domestic Violence Officer of recordings he heard on Sandra Lante committing aggravated harrasement and vandalism. We were both thrown out of Court by Esposito and Queens Family Court Judge Kirshblum. Allowing her hide behind the HIPPA Act. Refusing to make her sign a Release Letter. In my daughter's best interest and safety. To have a proper evaluation and diagnosis her mental illness. Because I called both of them Liberally Biased. It was like My Cousin Vinny. Gursky stood by me thru 6 counts of her per jury. In regards to my child support payments by my ex. Producing all the endorsed checks each time. To a point I had my Bank write Pazza Puttana as her middle name. Much to the Italian Court officers amusement. It means Crazy Whore in English. Kirshblum asking the Pazza Puttana to Please Rise was Priceless. After years I got my day in court. Bob Gursky helped me fight like Rocky Balboa to take my daughter to Las Vegas to see Beyonce and the Cirque De Soleil show Ka, Paris Amsterdam, London, Dublin to see my Dad before he died. San Francisco, Los Angeles, Disneyland, Disneyworld, San Diego, Boston, Philadelphia, Bahamas, Fort Lauderdale. I sent Bob each photos in each place as my daughter grew up. Bob educated into focusing on the Truth. Instead of being pissed off about being screwed over by an mentally unstable Pazza Puttana. Amber Heard today reminded us of Pazza Puttana and Endless counts of Per Jury. Good Guy Bob Gursky and a very Good Lawyer. He couldn't accept Delta Skymiles as Payment. But myself and my daughter enjoyed them. He waited for me to be able to pay him. Still love being a Dad. Thanks Robert Gursky. My daughter was worth fighting for

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
