Overview

Nicholas is an Associate in our Business Law and Transactions and Health Law departments. While in law school, Nicholas was a legal intern at the Albany County Department of Law, working within their Department of Children, Youth, and Families. There, he assisted in researching and drafting of various orders. He also served as an Intern to Corporate Counsel for Beech-nut Nutrition Company, where, in addition to assisting Beechnut's Corporate Counsel manage a contract repository, he researched legal issues including data privacy, corporate governance, b-corporation standards, and litigation topics including foreign object and equal employment opportunity claims.
