Hired Law firm 2021Very Very Bad! We had to have our daughter on suicide watch the weekend after her Friday on the phone appointment with there paralegal! She made her feel like a criminal! So we just wanted her money back and to not have anything to do with this firm. She called and asked them to speak with me her father from now on, I called on Monday, not even one business day after this on line meeting, told them how upset the meeting was for her and that we just wanted her money back. The Lawyer didn't even call me back! They sent her papers to fill out and sign saying the deposit was non refundable but she didn't fill out or Sign them! This firm doesn't even call back and I even said give her a partial refund although after making her this upset I feel it should be a full refund, but they wouldn't even consider that! My daughter has a 740 credit rating, never had a late payment and although she has a bit of debt she can make her bills and keep up her payments, I'm not even sure Bankruptcy is the correct recommendation! This action from an Attorney should not be even legal!
