    One of the best real estate law firms in New York. They handle real estate law, tenant/landlord disputes and are great at representing residential and commercial clients with eminent domain challenges.     I came to the Wellerstein & Associates Law firm for assistance in a real estate transaction. During the process I had numerous other issues come up. They helped all that they could. Definitely above and beyond what I would have ever expected, which is nice considering how I’ve been treated at some other places in town.
