Mimi Nielsen is a dedicated legal professional with a passion for employment law and a strong commitment to advancing fairness, equity, and accountability in the workplace. A magna cum laude graduate of Delaware Law School and former member of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, she combines strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills with a deep commitment to helping employees navigate complex workplace issues, including discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and other employment-related matters. While in law school, Mimi served as an extern with the American Civil Liberties Union of Delaware, where she further developed her passion for advocating on behalf of individuals and protecting fundamental rights.
Through her work in employment law, Mimi has helped individuals understand and assert their rights while promoting fair and respectful workplace practices. In her practice, Mimi has advocated for employees in matters involving discrimination, harassment, disability rights, medical leave protections, and other workplace issues governed by federal and state employment laws.
