After obtaining his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School in 2015, Mr. Pelicci practiced law in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Upon moving to New York City in 2019, Mr. Pelicci litigated at three of the city’s most preeminent employment law firms, including Phillips and Associates, where he consistently secured favorable outcomes for his clients. Throughout his career, Mr. Pelicci has represented employees across diverse industries including, but not limited to, big tech, entertainment and media, start-ups, banking, finance, retail, hospitality, consulting, marketing, and healthcare.

From 2018-2019, Mr. Pelicci provided volunteer legal services to economically disadvantaged workers through the Washington Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights and Urban Affairs' "Workers Rights Clinic." From 2016-2019, Mr. Pelicci served as a volunteer and mentor at the District of Columbia’s Lawyer Assistance Program where he assisted attorneys struggling with mental health and/or substance abuse issues.
Mr. Pelicci is licensed to practice in New York, the District of Columbia, Virginia, Maryland, and Florida. In addition, Mr. Pelicci is admitted to practice in the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals as well as the United States Federal District Courts for the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, Middle District of Florida, and Southern District of Florida.
In his free time, Mr. Pelicci enjoys hiking, long distance cycling, and scuba diving with an interest in coral reef conservation efforts.
