Andrew T. Miltenberg is the managing member of the litigation practice at the New York City law firm of Nesenoff Miltenberg, LLP. He is a graduate of Emory University and Brooklyn Law School, and regularly appears before the Courts of the State of New York, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
