Benjamin Goldburd joined the firm after working in the accounting and private equity fields. He received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he served as a student-attorney for the University's Tax Clinic and obtained his Bachelor of Science magna cum laude in accounting from Brooklyn College. In addition to Tax, Benjamin's practice expands the Firm's reach into M&A and Corporate Law. He has been recognized as one of the Top 40 Under 40 Tax Lawyers in the State of New York by the American Society of Legal Advocates (ASLA) for 2017-2019. He was selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers Rising Stars in 2022.
