While at the EEOC, Mr. Arce gained invaluable experience in Employment Law that he uses to benefit all of his employment law clients. Whether sexual harassment, racial discrimination, religious discrimination, gender discrimination, sexual orientation discrimination, age discrimination, or retaliation, Mr. Arce utilizes his broad background in employment law to obtain the best possible results for his clients. Mr. Arce utilizes this familiarity with the intricacies and nuances of the employee-employer relationship to resolve the issues, unique to each client's case.
