Consulted Law firm 2022This law firm's paralegal Firhana called me and left a message to call back. However, when I called the company, the operator made me wait a few minutes and finally when I got to the person who called, she did not even mention my case correctly. She called me to call them so that they can say that my case is out of their jurisdiction. This could have been done via email instead of me reaching out to them to hear their refusal statement.
