Gamaliel B. Delgado is a trial attorney focusing on premises liability cases in the Manhattan office. A native New Yorker from the Bronx, of Puerto Rican heritage, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law, Newark. While in law school, he was a finalist in the Nathan Baker Moot Court Competition, and went on to be a Semi-Finalist in the National Mock Trial Competition. Following his graduation from law school, he has been a partner at a prominent law firm in New York City and New Jersey.

Gamaliel is an accomplished trial attorney with significant litigation experience over the course of the last 15 years. He focuses his personal injury practice in the areas of premises liability, construction accidents, wrongful death, motor vehicle collisions, assaults, negligent security, burn injuries, dog bites, and general liability matters in New York State and Federal Courts. Gamaliel is admitted to practice before the courts of the states of New York and New Jersey, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. He is also admitted to the bar of the United States Supreme Court.

When not working, Gamaliel values giving back to the community, focusing on increasing the diversity pipeline for future generations. He is a Regional Deputy President of the Hispanic National Bar Association, where he has been involved for a number of years in developing programing, including mentorship events for law students and public speaking competitions for elementary school students.

Gamaliel Delgado became an attorney because he believes in justice for those who are often looked over by the legal system. He considers it a privilege to represent the people, not the powerful.
