Hired Law firm 2018-2020K&K were excellent and efficient in handling my WTC case. Overview
Our large team at Kreindler has dedicated our careers to a unique niche of personal injury law: aviation and mass transit accidents. While these are by no means the only cases we handle in New York, they fall into our primary practice area. Our law office also handles cases related to mass torts, wrongful death, drugs and medical devices, and products liability.
We are proud to have one of the largest and most diverse teams in New York. Our professionals come from different walks of life and bring their varying experiences to each case we handle. Their unique perspectives enrich our experience at the law office and improve our ability to tackle cases from various angles.
Kreindler has served clients in the aviation space since 1952. At this time, our founder investigated a plane crash and proved that it was caused by a malfunctioning propeller. This was the first case of its kind and it led to an award of $300,000, which was the highest award at the time for a lawsuit related to an airline crash.
This professional experience paved the way for other opportunities to defend aviation clients. In fact, some of our attorneys are licensed, commercial pilots. Not surprisingly, since 2003, our law office has worked on all major aviation accident cases. During this time, we have won billions of dollars on behalf of our clients.
