Overview
At Michael LoGiudice, LLP, we provide experienced legal representation to individuals throughout New York City, New York, from our office at 27 Union Square West. Our firm is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex legal challenges and pursue accountability when negligence, misconduct or unsafe conditions cause harm.
We represent clients across a wide range of personal injury matters. Our work includes cases involving auto accidents, truck collisions and pedestrian injuries, as well as construction-related incidents and city sidewalk accidents. We also handle premises liability claims, such as slip-and-fall accidents and dog bites. These cases often involve serious injuries, including traumatic brain injuries, and may require extensive medical care and long-term recovery. We work to pursue full and fair compensation for our clients.
In addition to personal injury, we handle medical malpractice claims, nursing home abuse and neglect, and wrongful death cases. Our firm also represents individuals in matters involving police misconduct, including assault, brutality, and cases arising from Rikers Island and other correctional facilities. We are experienced in municipal liability claims and the legal requirements surrounding notices of claim.
Workplace-related cases are another important part of our practice. We represent clients in workers’ compensation claims and construction accident litigation under New York Labor Law Sections 200, 240 and 241(6). We also advocate for individuals facing sexual assault or harassment in the workplace.
