Overview

Will Brewer is a senior associate in the New York office of Brewer, Attorneys & Counselors. Mr. Brewer has experience in complex commercial litigation in state and federal court, as well as administrative bodies. He has represented clients across a variety of industries in a range of practice areas, including copyright, trademark, breach of contract, antitrust, business torts, e-commerce, music licensing, and other commercial disputes.

Mr. Brewer began his career as an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York, where he practiced complex commercial litigation with a focus in entertainment and media. Prior to joining the firm, he was a dispute resolution associate at Withers Worldwide, where he represented clients in the art industry.

In addition, Mr. Brewer has a dedicated pro bono practice. He is an author of amicus briefs submitted to the Supreme Court of the United States, in Obergefell v. Hodges and Gloucester County School Bd. v. G.G. He also served as outside counsel to a New York-based educational nonprofit.

Mr. Brewer received his Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law in 2014 and a bachelor's degree in Government from Colby College in 2011.
