Attorney Information
Overview
Peter graduated from Brooklyn Law School, cum laude, in 2004 and immediately began working for the firm.
He recently assisted Ben B. Rubinowitz at trial in obtaining a verdict of $27.5 million dollars against the New York City Transit Authority in a case involving a pedestrian whose leg was amputated above the knee after she was struck and run over by a bus.
Since joining the firm, Peter's focus has been on the pre-trial preparation of catastrophic personal injury cases, complex medical malpractice cases and products liability cases. His primary responsibilities include assisting at trial, taking depositions, drafting and arguing motions and making court appearances.
While at Brooklyn Law School, Peter was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Journal of Law and Policy, and was an Edward V. Sparer Public Interest Fellow.
