Roberto Portillo Togno’s practice has centered on commercial law, art law, and intellectual property law. He is involved in due diligence and litigation, with extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, including sales agreements, representation agreements, consignment agreements, loan agreements, licensing agreements, financing agreements, and commercial leases.
