Sandra Navidi is admitted to practice law in the Federal Republic of Germany as well as in the State of New York. She holds a law degree from the University of Cologne School of Law, Germany, and a Master-of-Law Degree in Banking Corporate and Finance Law from Fordham University School of Law, New York, USA. In addition, she passed the tax lawyer's exam in Germany.
Ms. Navidi adds extensive expertise in the areas of alternative investments (hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate funds, loan funds, venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, structured finance), corporate, tax and regulatory law and cross-border business transactions.
Navidi is also founder and CEO of BeyondGlobal, LLC, a strategic consultancy. Previously, she worked closely with noted economist Nouriel Roubini as Director of Research Strategies and Senior Relationship Manager at Roubini Global Economics. Prior to that she had positions as investment banker at Scarsdale Equities, general counsel at Muzinich & Co. and consultant at Deloitte.
