Matt Martin is a Trial Attorney at Rutberg Breslow Injury Law, where he focuses his practice on representing individuals and families impacted by severe and catastrophic injuries. Matt earned his bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh in 2013 before obtaining his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in 2018. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of New York.

From the outset of his legal career, Matt has worked extensively on complex personal injury matters involving serious and life-altering harm. He approaches each case with careful preparation, strategic focus, and a strong appreciation for the profound impact injuries can have on clients and their families. Matt resides in the Hudson Valley with his wife and their two children. Outside the office, he values time with his family and remains closely connected to the region he is proud to call home.
