Overview

Simon Bardizbanian Esq. is the principal of the firm. He was born and raised in Sunnyside Queens. He completed his undergraduate degree at Fordham University’s Lincoln Center Campus, Graduating with a B.A. in Political Science in 1994. He thereafter attending and graduated St. John’s University School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1997.

He began his legal career as a trial attorney at a large Queens based law firm in 1999 refining his legal skills and expertise at trial. Simon had tried dozens of cases in the different boroughs of New York as well as Nassau and Suffolk Counties. He has personally helped hundreds of accident victims get their medical bills paid, receive re-reimbursement for their lost time from work and has secured lucrative settlements and/or verdicts to compensate them for their pain and suffering. Despite experiencing early success he longed to open his own practice. He wanted to be able to offer all of his clients the individualized attention they needed and deserved. He hopes to continue serving the needs of his clients and the community for many years to come.
