Kevin L. Overton concentrates his legal practice on commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, lending, zoning, land use, municipal and public authorities’ law, leasing, alternative energy financing and development, and condominium and homeowners’ association formation. He serves individual and corporate clients specializing in real estate acquisition and development, lending , health care, solar, education and more. Kevin has acted as development counsel in connection with a $23,000,000 multi-family house project, a $16,000,000 low-income housing tax credit apartment projects, and served as counsel to a health care organization in connection with a ground lease and development of a new $20,000,000 medical office building. His experience extends to assisting solar developers with the acquisition and development of solar energy systems throughout New York, and further counseling school districts throughout New York in the sale, leasing and acquisition of real estate for school district purposes.

Mr. Overton resides in Rochester, New York with his family (wife – Amy, Children – Makenna, Jordyn and Mason). He enjoys golf and spending time cooking and grilling with family and friends.
