Gabrielle A. Popielarski, Esq. is a dedicated first year associate, having recently earned her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in May 2023.

Soon thereafter Gabrielle began her career at Shivers Law Group as a law clerk shadowing Ms. Shivers while awaiting bar admission. Under the mentorship of Ms. Shivers, she engages in various aspects of the firm's operations, bringing a multifaceted approach to her legal practice. Gabrielle concentrates on Real Estate Law, Estate Planning, and Medicaid Applications.

Having spent two Summers interning at a general practice firm in Southampton where one of the attorneys specialized in Real Estate, she was exposed to a multitude of multimillion dollar transactions. This exposure gave her valuable insight into the field early on in her career. With her expertise and great interpersonal skills, she helps clients navigate the complexities of Real Estate Law with confidence while ensuring that her clients have a clear understanding throughout the entire process.

It was also Gabrielle's experience as a law student that has led her to excel in helping her clients plan for the future and handle Medicaid Applications with ease. While interning with the Health Law Clinic at Albany Law School's Justice Center, Gabrielle worked directly with clients, assisting them in applying for various public benefits suited to their needs. This particular internship is where her passion for Elder Law arose. Gabrielle recognizes the emotional and financial challenges that her clients often face, and she takes pride in her compassionate nature.
