This includes an $11.8 million claim obtained for trip-and-fall accident victim on a construction site; a $6.7 million brain injury claim involving for a client following a car accident; a $3.7 million claim for a police officer hit head on by a drunk driver causing permamnet injuries to his leg/ankle; a $3.3 million claim obtained for two individuals who suffered liver damage as a result of taking defective nutritional supplements; a $3 million victory in a contract dispute, and many other significant recoveries in cases involving auto accidents, construction labor law accidents, slip & fall, brain injuries, medical misdiagnosis, the failure to diagnose cancer and other medical problems, and nursing home negligence and/or abuse.
