Overview

Mr. DiBari is the senior associate with the firm, having been with the firm for 17 years. During that time, he has resolved many claims in favor of our personal injury clients through the negotiation, mediation and arbitration process. In addition, he has headed the No-Fault Insurance litigation/arbitration department for over 15 years, resolving issues and obtaining numerous awards on behalf of both our clients and medical providers. While Mr. DiBari currently lives in New Jersey, he was a long time resident of Staten Island, having attended elementary school, junior high school and high school on Staten Island.
