Attorney Information

Overview

Mr. D'Agostino clerked for a Kings County Supreme Court Judge and worked for Richard P. Neimark throughout Law School. After graduating from Brooklyn Law, he started "The Law Office of Jonathan D'Agostino, P.C." in a trailer attached to his father's construction company on Degraw Street, downtown Brooklyn. The year was 1990 and by 1992 he moved the practice to his hometown of Staten Island to be closer to his family. The firm concentrated on helping personal injury accident victims. The firm also opened offices in Monmouth County, New Jersey.

Over the past twenty five years, the firm grew and transformed into D'Agostino and Associates, and expanded into areas of medical malpractice, social security disability, nursing home neglect and workplace discrimination. It now takes a staff of over forty (40) trained and dedicated people to provide some of the finest legal services in New York and New Jersey.

"When I was very young, my father lost his right leg in a construction accident so I know what it's like when injury turns a family upside down," explains D'Agostino. "My goal has always and will always be to help the injured get whatever they deserve."

D'Agostino is proud that a second generation has joined the firm with the addition of his son, Jon Ryan D'Agostino who recently graduation from The Charlotte School of Law. His daughter Jenna attends Belmont Law School in Nashville, TN and his youngest daughter is an 8th grade student in Holmdel, NJ where he currently resides with his wife of almost thirty years. His proudest accomplishment is his relationship with his wife Jade. They started dating as 14 and 15 year olds in high school and have been together ever since.

D'Agostino looks forward to celebrating the firm's 25 year anniversary in 2015!
