Overview

Adam M. Peska received his Juris Doctorate from Touro College: Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1997. In 1992 Mr. Peska received his Bachelor of Arts from University of Stony Brook, where he majored in Interdisciplinary Studies with History Minor.

Since entering law practice, Mr. Peska, the founding attorney of Peska & Associates, P.C. in 2004, has been in practice for over 20 years representing individual small businesses as well as publicly traded Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Peska has prosecuted and defended over 200 cases in both the New York State Courts and Federal Courts. The cases defended include high profile cases and investigations brough by governmental agencies, including the New York State Attorney General’s Office and the New York State Department of Labor. Mr. Peska also represented the New York State Labor Department as Special Counsel.

Mr. Peska also represents corporations and cases involved in commercial transactions.

Mr. Peska will continue his litigation practice now including Wills, Estates, Trusts and Guardianship Litigation.
