Jacqueline M. Blackley - Williamsville, NY

Attorney Jacqueline Blackley was born in Buffalo, New York. She received two Bachelor of Science degrees from SUNY Buffalo and went on to earn her Master of Science from D’Youville College. Jacqueline attended the University at Buffalo School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor.

Jacqueline is also a registered nurse in New York. She spent 20 years in healthcare with experience in clinical and administrative practice. She worked in the Emergency Department and Cardiac Services. Prior to Nursing she also worked as a Dental Assistant in various practices in Western New York and California. Jacqueline is an active member of the community, holding memberships in organizations such as the Erie County Bar Association, Erie County Medical Society, and the New York Bar Association.

When asked what she enjoys most about her job, Jacqueline said “Working with the attorneys and staff at William Mattar gives me the opportunity to help people in our community and beyond. Having the opportunity to meet and help injured individuals has been a very rewarding experience. Making sure our clients get the best possible result in the least amount of time is the ultimate goal here at William Mattar and our results show it. Most of the clients we serve have never been in a motor vehicle accident before and are unaware of the legal challenges that lie ahead. I enjoy being able to get a solid fair result for our clients and making sure that they are able to recover from their injuries as quickly and efficiently as possible.”

Outside of the office, Jacqueline enjoys golfing, horses, and spending time with her three dogs and cat. An avid gardener on weekends, she will be found in the yard enjoying flowers and birds.
