Hired Law firm 2022-2024You're better off representing yourself unless you would like a lawyer that steals your money to file paperwork incorrectly. Then act like he has no clue what's happening after the fact. I am in disbelief about what happened at my last trial. He has changed my opinion on the justice system that I had so much faith in.

Hired Law firm 2020Look nowhere else!! Attorney Gregory Hunt, is an absolute professional. Mr. Hunt was able to see me with very short notice, regarding an emergency family matter. When I came in to meet with him, he listened intently and was warm a supportive. He agreed to represent me with only a few days before the court date. To say that Atty. Hunt did an outstanding job in court, would be an understatement. He was forceful yet fair with our opposition. His commitment towards providing an outstanding customer experience, was demonstrated even further when he identified another situation that he could possibly assist me with while others turned a blind eye. Atty. Hunt has certainly earned my business for any future legal matter that he can assist me with. My previous experience with local lawyers was not favorable. They did not meet the initial expectations that they set. My experience was totally contrary with Atty. Hunt. He is a needle in a haystack. I wouldn’t recommend that you choose anyone else to represent you!

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
