Ashley C. Since becoming a licensed North Carolina attorney in 2012, Ashley has represented clients in Mecklenburg and surrounding counties in various areas of family law including separation, divorce, child custody, child support, post-separation support, alimony, equitable distribution, pre-nuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements, contract enforcement and other family law matters.
Ashley works hand in hand with her clients to develop a personalized plan of action to work towards meeting her clients' goals. While some matters are able to be resolved cooperatively, Ashley is ready to use her litigation experience when necessary to advocate for her clients in a courtroom setting. Ashley partners with her clients each step of the matter by empowering her clients with knowledge and sounds legal advice needed to make very important decisions regarding their families.
Ashley was born and raised in Charlotte and is happy to reside in Charlotte providing personalized and professional legal service to her home community. She resides with her husband, Alexander Foley, who is a Vice President with Bank of America in Global Information Security.
