Attorney Brett Fulton has been licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona since 2001, and in the State of North Carolina since 2015. He has worked as a criminal prosecutor and a criminal defense attorney and a civil litigator in private practice. Currently, he specializes in helping clients receive the benefits they rightfully deserve through Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and VA Disability Benefits claims.

Attorney Fulton served four years in the United States Navy and was attached to the USS Peleliu (LHA-5). After being honorably discharged, he completed his undergraduate education at California State University, Long Beach, and graduated from the Pepperdine School of Law in May of 2001.
