Overview
Born and raised in Asheville, North Carolina, Casey earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Casey went on to earn her Juris Doctor at Cumberland School of Law at Samford University where she received a scholarship for academic achievement and worked as an Associate Editor of The Cumberland Law Review. After law school, Casey became a member of both the Alabama Bar and North Carolina State Bar. She began her career as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Judge Loyd H. Little of the Circuit Court of Madison County, Alabama. Thereafter, she maintained a thriving law practice in Alabama where she made frequent appearances in court and other proceedings. Upon relocating back to North Carolina, Casey clerked for the Honorable William L. Osteen, Jr. in the Middle District of North Carolina before joining Caudle & Spears, P.A., in 2017.
