Overview
Heather attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hills as an undergraduate and Campbell University Law School. When Heather first began her practice, she worked in multiple areas including family law, criminal district court work and personal injury law. For the last thirty years, Heather practices exclusively in family law, handling cases involving child custody, child support, property division, alimony and spousal support and divorce. Heather also serves as a mediator in family law cases.
Heather is a native of Harnett County, growing up in Dunn, NC, attending the Dunn Public Schools and graduating from Triton High School before attending college and law school. Heather has coached the Dunn Middle School and Triton High School Mock Trial teams. Heather is a member of First Presbyterian Church in Dunn. Outside of work Heather loves being with her family, traveling, especially to the beach, and cheering on the UNC Tarheels!
