Practicing estate planning and business formation, Richard helps clients plan to ensure they and their interests are protected in the future. He is also an avid litigator for a broad array of civil matters including injury cases, contract disputes, estate litigation, and business litigation.
A psychology and political science graduate of University of Iowa, Richard brings a bit of Midwest problem solving to his practice. He and his wife moved to Greensboro for Elon University School of Law and plan to stay in the area long term. Richard is a member of the Greensboro Bar Association, Guilford Bar Association, and North Carolina Advocates for Justice.
