Firm Information

Overview

Roane Law, in Greensboro, North Carolina, is a successful personal injury law firm that represents plaintiffs only in lawsuits against negligent parties and their insurers. It does not represent insurance companies or defendants.

The firm seeks justice and compensation for its clients in situations involving serious motor vehicle accidents, premises liability accidents, medical malpractice and wrongful death. The firm also represents clients in nursing home abuse and neglect cases and in workers' compensation claims.

Our founding attorney, James Roane, has a personal stake in your success. Many years ago, he was in a serious car wreck that required him to undergo surgery and months of therapy and treatments. The defendant's insurance company repeatedly delayed payments and James was forced to fight the insurance company instead of focusing on recuperation.

His legal battle convinced him to give up his business and enroll in law school to become a personal injury attorney. Since starting his practice in 1999, his mission has been to prevent others from enduring the situation he experienced.

A Personal Injury Lawyer Who Understands What You Are Going Through

At Roane Law, we understand what you are going through, and we want to help. We offer free consultations and are paid by contingency fee. This means that you will not owe us attorney fees unless we recover compensation on your behalf.
