Attorney Frank Harper did an amazing job handling my case. I was very nervous going into court, but he reassured me and took care of everything. He was able to get my charges dismissed, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer who truly knows what he’s doing.

I'm a licensed and practicing Attorney however, I do not handle criminal or traffic matters. I have been referring criminal and traffic cases to Frank Harper for several years now and all of my clients that were referred to Frank have expressed how grateful they were that I sent them to Frank for legal representation. My own daughter recently had multiple traffic citations that had to be handled in Court, and I did not hesitate in sending her immediately to Frank for legal representation. Frank, as I have witnessed time and time again with my referred clients' criminal cases, worked his legal magic to achieve a fantastic outcome for my daughter's cases as well. I fully and whole-heartedly endorse Frank Harper as a seasoned and capable criminal law practitioner and, without reservation, recommend his services to anyone who has the misfortune of having to deal with the Criminal Court system.

Attorney Harper represented my son in a drug case, and which we didn’t know what to expect. I am grateful that Mr. Harper, took the initiative to learn about my son and to do his research, and find out more about him without prejudice. I witness Mr. harbor in the Quart room, he was legal representation for two other cases, and I found him to be there, generally had care and concern and I know without a shadow of a doubt, that he went above and beyond for my son. His case ended up getting time served, and which I’ve never heard of this in a federal case, and I’m truly thankful my family is grateful, for Mr. Harper. in today’s society, being the mother of a black son, we don’t always believe that ppl have our best interest at heart, but i learned June 8, 2021, that Mr Harper is best in class.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
