Attorney Information
Overview
Augusta Moran is an enthusiastic attorney dedicated to helping clients navigate the world of Workers’ Compensation. Augusta attended Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia and graduated cum laude with a double major in French and Sociology with a minor in Women’s Studies. She is still involved at Randolph-Macon by serving as a member of the Young Alumni Board and loves to visit campus any time she can.
A Raleigh native, her commitment to serving her community brought her back to Raleigh where she attended Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law. While at Campbell, she was a member of the Restorative Justice Clinic and with the clinic worked with students in Wake County as well as women in the North Carolina Correctional Institution. She also served as the Director of the Peer Mentor program during her 3L year and volunteered with various pro bono projects. She specifically sought out courses and opportunities that focused on client counseling, mediation practices, and negotiation techniques that help her now in her role as an attorney.
While not working, Augusta loves to read, try new food, and send snail mail (who doesn’t love a surprise postcard?). She is also active at her church and volunteers with the Children and Youth Programs.
