Consulted Law firm 2020My opinion of Attorney Castle is not very good. after my friend paid a consultation fee.He said as a courtesy he would contact her apartment complex management company to ask them to lawfully give her 30 days to move out. He was rude after that when she asked him questions according to her. I would never recommend. him to any of my. colleagues.Disrespectful because when I talked to him after my friend asked me to and he raised his voice at me on the phone..Im an adult. . and a former MHP of fifteen years. I'm quite embarrassed that I recommended Attorney Castle. I even told my friend I was sorry. An attorney should never tell a client that he s going to do a courtesy and then have to be constantly contacted by a prospective client to do what he said.In law as an attorney your word should be your bond. Please correct me if Im wrong.I'm a business person of over 30 years professionally. I'm quite appalled at him . My friend is a talker and in Jacksonville whatever she says will travel by word of mouth . Not a good thing in Jacksonville NC. as we all know. There was no service summoned due to attitude dealt with according to my friend.. She didn't have the money for service.I I did.I was going to pay it for her.

Hired Law firm 2017-2019Great Lawyer, Great guy. He worked with my schedule and my budget. When I first got arrested he came to the jail at 10 pm to discuss the situation and be prepared to bail out first thing in the morning. He actually cares about the people he represents. He is worth way more than he charges and still worked with me on that too. If you hire someone else you are doing yourself a disservice.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
