Danielle N. Randolph - Lincolnton, NC

Danielle Randolph is a committed and client-focused attorney who proudly serves clients in a wide range of estate planning and estate administration matters. Her practice includes the preparation of wills, living wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare powers of attorney, and both intestate and testate estate administration. While estate planning is her primary focus, she also assists clients with family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, post-separation support, alimony, and domestic violence.

Born and raised in Lincolnton, North Carolina, Danielle brings a strong connection to the community she serves. After graduating from Lincolnton High School, Danielle obtained her Bachelors of Business Administration, cum laude in Trust and Wealth Management from Campbell University and was awarded a Trust Certificate, further strengthening her ability to assist clients with estate planning and asset protection. She then received a Academic Merit Scholarship to Charleston School of Law. During law school, Danielle participated in an externship with Charleston Pro Bono Legal Services assisting low income individuals dealing with evictions. Upon graduating and obtaining her Juris Doctor, Danielle was sworn into the North Carolina State Bar in April 2025. Thereafter, she began working for The Pendleton Law Firm where she has been practicing since.

The Pendleton Law Firm takes a team approach when assisting clients. Danielle and Clay Pendleton, who has over 35 years of experience, work closely together to strategize and obtain the best outcome for their clients. While working closely with Clay, Danielle has gained valuable insight and mentorship that strengthens her advocacy and strategic approach in their cases. Along with the attorneys, Kaitlyn, Holly, and Janel are the support system behind the family law and estate planning division.

Outside the office, Danielle enjoys spending quality time with her fiancé and their two doodles, embracing the balance between a fulfilling professional life and meaningful personal moments.
