From our branch office in Wilmington, North Carolina, Wilder Pantazis Law Group extends dedicated legal representation in workers' compensation and personal injury cases to clients across North and South Carolina, working in coordination with our main office in Charlotte and our additional branch in Greensboro.
We recognize that recovering from a serious workplace accident involves far more than physical healing. Our clients must navigate insurance requirements, employer communications, medical documentation and procedural deadlines – often while in pain and under financial pressure. One overlooked detail can compromise months of progress on a claim, so we take responsibility for managing that complexity on our clients' behalf.
Many injured workers are caught off guard when a claim they believed was straightforward gets denied by an employer's insurance carrier. We built our practice to stand between our clients and that kind of setback, using our combined decades of courtroom and negotiation experience to push back against outcomes that favor corporate interests over an injured person's well-being.
