Overview
Theodore (Teddy) is an attorney in Vogel’s Bismarck office. Teddy’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, general commercial matters, estate planning and probate, real estate transactions, land use matters, minerals and natural resource management, and other real property issues. Teddy graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2021, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif.
Prior to joining Vogel, Teddy worked at a local regional law firm then at a natural resources management company in an in-house role. These past experiences give Teddy a broad understanding of the estate planning and probate, real property, and commercial practice areas in North Dakota.
Teddy is originally from Bismarck, North Dakota and is proud to return to the area and call it home. Outside of work, Teddy enjoys traveling with his family, completing projects at home, and studying history.
