Gagan has developed a comprehensive understanding of the law by studying for a bachelor’s degree in psychology and philosophy from the University of Manitoba and his Juris Doctor (law degree) from the University of North Dakota, School of Law. Gagan also has extensive hands-on experience in various legal areas, rounding out his curricular and real-world understanding of how criminal law affects everyday citizens in North Dakota.

Gagan approaches every case he takes on with a strategic mindset from the very start, prioritizing a client’s needs, gathering a solid understanding of the facts, and developing a strategy based on these elements and the complexities of the legal system.
