Overview
Darcie has a wide variety of legal experience but mainly focuses her practice on divorce & other family court issues. Einarson is a seasoned litigator, having represented clients in complex family litigation for over 30 years. She has significant experience helping farmers and other business owners through the divorce process. She has helped thousands of clients through divorce, custody matters and premarital planning.
Darcie’s undergraduate background is in Psychology and Education. She loves teaching her clients about the process and helping them come up with creative solutions. She has also been a certified mediator since 1989, and is certified in Collaborative Law as an attorney and Divorce Coach. She has served as a prosecutor and was the Grafton Municipal Judge from 2008-2024.
Darcie began practicing with Fleming, DuBois and Trenbeath in Cavalier, ND. She founded Einarson & Gaustad, PLLP in 1996 which became Einarson Law Office, PC in 2000.
Darcie has served the northern valley for over 30 years. She is licensed in ND, MN and Arizona. Einarson was the President of the State Bar Association of ND in 2017-2018. She is also a Past President of the ND Family Lawyers Section.
Darcie (Seboe) grew up in Park River, North Dakota and obtained her college and law school education at the University of North Dakota. She calls Grafton home but has a large service area and often travels as much as two hours away for court appearances.
Einarson has also experienced divorce after a long-term marriage. She has two grown children; Sydney is a shareholder and practices law with her. Landen is an infantryman and team leader in the 82nd Airborne Division.
Darcie loves to golf, spend time on the water, cook and travel. She’s an avid UND fan and enjoys being a “fun Nana” to her grandchildren.
